I attended 3 club events today. 2 AGMs and 1 club anniversary. 1 in the afternoon and 2 in the evening, at the same time. One at Changi, the other in school. What an "eventful" day.
I treasure every AGM that I attend because that's when I get to see the ex-students and catch up with them. It's also at each of these AGMs that I see the current committee mature out of their old self and transformed themselves into greater leaders.
It also provides me a chance to re-start with a new committee and sort out what we can improve from the past, I hope. I have been able to do with some. There are also some who will question why the need and all I have to say is that if the changes are for a better, why not? Only if you are willing to put all the so called traditions aside, the change is certainly for a better.
